Angels & Prophecy

The image of the angel was derived from a very different world. It was originally inspired by an MRI image. In "Angelus Novus" the model was firstly sculpted in wax and by using the lost wax technique, a mold was made especially for the specific cast. "Elevation" is an ink on the paper sketch which captures the lightness and translucency of the original image An angel has no gender. It is not necessarily male neither female. Its identity is ambiguous. In "Equalization" there's a description of the magical moment of the appearance or disappearance of the angle. In "Prophecy" the wings are the most detailed part while the rest of it is amorphous. It also has a small had and an aura.
***In Biblical Hebrew, the word angel (MAL'ACH) means messenger; the prophecy in various religions and philosophies is a metaphysical phenomenon in which a person is exposed to the mysteries of creation or deep knowledge of reality.
